Join Cisco's CX AI Incubation team as a Machine Learning Engineer to design and develop AI-driven solutions for customer engagement and operational efficiency. You will work on cutting-edge AI models, including LLMs and SLMs, leveraging generative AI and reinforcement learning techniques to solve real-world challenges in areas like delivery intelligence and network automation.

• Design and develop AI-ML based services
• Analyze data and deploy machine learning models
• Build and fine-tune model architectures for NLP and perception tasks
