Director, AI/ML Engineering

Fidelity is seeking an experienced Director of AI/ML Engineering to lead the architecture, design, development, and operation of enterprise AI/ML solutions. You will translate business strategy into AI/ML architectural roadmaps, manage cloud-based environments, and implement advanced AI capabilities for intelligent automation. This role involves collaborating with data scientists, overseeing technical implementations, and advising senior management on technology strategy.

• Architect, design, and build AI/ML solutions and cloud-native platforms
• Develop and implement MLOps, feature engineering pipelines, and model deployment strategies
• Expertise in AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Glue, Step Functions) and Python
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, LLMs, and generative AI applications
• Design and build scalable Big Data applications and data lake strategies using Snowflake
• Advise senior management on technical strategy and establish best practices
