Data Scientist III

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead complex machine learning projects focused on customer intelligence and behavioral prediction. You will own the end-to-end model lifecycle, from problem framing to production deployment, and provide technical guidance to your peers. This role requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver impactful, production-ready analytical solutions.

• Lead design, development, and deployment of production-grade ML models
• Own full model lifecycle for complex workstreams
• Define evaluation frameworks tied to business outcomes
• Partner with product and engineering to shape roadmaps
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data scientists
• Establish best practices for model documentation and governance
