Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Lead the technical strategy and end-to-end development of machine learning pipelines, with a focus on MLOps, infrastructure-as-code, and generative AI solutions. You will manage multiple ML pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers to drive measurable business impact within a security and compliance framework.

• Define and drive technical ML strategy and MLOps practices
• Lead end-to-end development of ML pipelines with automated retraining
• Own and manage multiple machine learning pipelines in security and compliance
• Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and model monitoring
• Develop and deploy generative AI solutions into production
