What we are looking for

Design, build, and deploy Generative and Predictive AI solutions from experimentation to production
Manage, monitor, and enhance AI solutions and IT processes (change, release, incident management)
Combine hands-on AI engineering with agile and design-thinking methodologies
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI applications
Develop and execute projects within change management initiatives, supporting AI adoption
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with cloud, API, and MLOps experience
