Adobe is hiring Applied Scientists to develop AI innovations, focusing on image and video editing. You will drive research from concept to product validation, design and train multimodal architectures, and contribute to technical strategy. This hands-on role requires deep model development expertise, not just prompt engineering.

• Identify research advances for differentiated product capabilities
• Own applied research from problem formulation to prototype implementation
• Design and optimize multimodal architectures
• Build rigorous evaluation pipelines for model quality and usefulness
• Diagnose model failures through experimentation
