MLOps Engineer

Fractal is seeking a senior MLOps Engineer to operationalize machine learning solutions for purchase and underwriting. You will collaborate with AI/MLOps, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to build inference services, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management capabilities. This hands-on role involves writing production code, designing scalable services, and ensuring ML solutions are production-ready.

• Design and build production-grade FastAPI services for model serving
• Implement asynchronous serving patterns with SQS and Kafka
• Containerize services with Docker and deploy on Kubernetes/EKS
• Build and manage end-to-end MLflow-based ML platforms
• Develop reproducible training and inference pipelines on Databricks
• Implement monitoring for model performance, drift, and service health
