Senior Machine Learning Platform Engineer

Join Guidewire's Product Development & Operations team to architect and scale the ML platform for data scientists and ML engineers. This role focuses on delivering operational excellence and transformative innovation in AI and cloud technologies for the P&C insurance software industry.

• Architect and guide the design of a scalable, secure ML platform
• Design and implement infrastructure for model training, hyperparameter tuning, and experiment tracking
• Orchestrate ML workflows using tools such as Kubeflow, SageMaker, MLflow
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, MLOps engineers, and Data Engineers to define best practices
• Optimize ML workload performance across cloud-native and open-source solutions
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers
