• Lead and manage a team of Data Scientists and AI professionals
• Drive design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI/ML solutions
• Enhance patient journey through personalized support and omnichannel engagement
• Own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle from ideation to value realization
• Communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences
• Establish best practices and governance for AI/ML development
