Senior Manager of Data, AI Engineering

Syndigo is seeking a Senior Manager of AI/ML Engineering to lead teams in building and scaling production-grade AI systems. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in the Chicago office and involves owning the end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems, from concept to deployment and optimization.

• Lead and scale AI/ML engineering teams delivering production-ready systems
• Drive end-to-end ownership of ML lifecycle: data pipelines, model development, deployment, observability, and iteration
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Architecture, and Engineering
• Translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions and technical roadmaps
• Establish and improve engineering execution standards
• Build and evolve MLOps practices
