Machine Learning Engineer

Roche is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build, deploy, and monitor ML solutions for Pharma Technical Operations. This role involves the end-to-end ML lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant ML-enabled solutions in manufacturing and supply chain environments.

• Build and maintain ML pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, and model training support
• Deploy ML models into cloud, hybrid, or application environments
• Support model serving components, APIs, and batch scoring workflows
• Implement experiment tracking and data science-driven evaluation frameworks
• Monitor deployed ML models for performance, drift, and reliability
• Apply Python development, MLOps practices, and cloud technologies like AWS
