AI Engineer

CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking an AI Engineer to build and deploy LLM-powered features and agentic workflows. You will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of these features, ensuring their accuracy, security, and performance within production environments. This role involves designing and implementing NLP pipelines, building event-driven services, and maintaining data privacy and security standards.

• Build and ship LLM-powered features and agentic workflows
• Develop and maintain NLP pipelines for data structuring
• Design and operate event-driven services with agentic steps
• Ensure privacy, security, and auditability of AI features
• Write technical design documents and collaborate with product managers and data scientists
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with LLM deployment
