About this role

As a Principal Engineer on the Enterprise AI Control Plane team, you will architect and build the critical systems that connect Verizon's AI developer platforms with its governance hubs. You will design robust APIs, automated CI/CD guardrails, and real-time observability to ensure autonomous agents operate safely and efficiently at an enterprise scale.

What we are looking for

Architect and code automated CI/CD governance pipelines with security and responsible AI guardrails
Implement advanced agent simulation and real-time observability for production LLMs
Build robust API integrations between AI developer platforms and governance hubs
Architect Identity & Access Management and routing logic for secure autonomous workflows
Experience in LLM operationalization, orchestration, and automated safety testing
Cloud architecture experience, particularly with AWS Bedrock
