Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Accel Entertainment is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and implement AI-driven solutions. You will translate business needs into AI strategies, lead technical design for AI agents and RAG pipelines, and ensure efficient and scalable deployment in Azure. This role involves providing technical mentorship and ensuring AI systems adhere to governance and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and deliver AI-driven solutions
• Translate business needs into actionable AI strategies and technical approaches
• Lead technical design of AI agents and support development of RAG pipelines
• Provide technical direction for deploying AI applications in Azure
• Ensure deployment and reliability of AI solutions through standardized workflows and CI/CD practices
• Provide technical mentorship and day-to-day guidance to junior AI engineers
