Founding Engineer, AI/ML

As a Founding Engineer, AI/ML, you will build the core intelligence layer for an AI-powered recruiting marketplace. You will own the design, development, and productionization of recommendation, ranking, and retrieval systems, including LLM-powered matching features. This is a unique opportunity to shape a critical product area and work directly with leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Own recommendation, ranking, and retrieval systems
• Build LLM-powered matching features
• Ship end-to-end product features from problem definition to production
• Architect and maintain data pipelines and production ML services
• 2-5 years of software engineering experience
