Machine Learning Engineer (Mid-Level)

Clera is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy ML systems that power our fast-moving product. You will own the full ML lifecycle, from design and training to deployment and monitoring, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment and make a significant contribution to our core offerings.

• Design, train, and evaluate production-ready ML models
• Implement end-to-end ML pipelines and MLOps
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate business needs into ML solutions
• Optimize model performance and iterate based on real-world feedback
• 3+ years of applied ML experience in production systems
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
