Sentara Health is seeking a Senior MLOps & Generative AI Engineer to advance healthcare outcomes and operational excellence using machine learning and Generative AI. This fully remote role involves building and scaling ML infrastructure, deploying AI/ML solutions, and architecting production-ready GenAI applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape AI platform strategy and deliver scalable, secure AI systems.

What we are looking for

Design, build, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure and pipelines
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workloads
Lead architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise Generative AI solutions
Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and LLM orchestration frameworks
Evaluate and implement fine-tuning and prompt-based optimization approaches
Ensure secure and compliant deployment of GenAI solutions involving sensitive healthcare data
