Associate Scientist/Scientist I, In Vivo Pharmacology (Contract)

Join Mirai Bio's Translational Biology team as a contract Associate Scientist/Scientist I to support in vivo laboratory research for novel genetic medicines. This role involves designing and conducting in vivo studies, performing hands-on animal work, and executing molecular/cell biology assays. The position requires independent experimental design, troubleshooting, and collaboration within a fast-paced biotech environment.

• Design and conduct in vivo (mouse) studies
• Perform hands-on rodent dosing and tissue processing
• Develop new in vivo models and assays
• Execute molecular and cell biology assays (ELISA, qPCR, flow cytometry)
• Analyze, interpret, and document study results
• Collaborate cross-functionally with research teams
