Mid-Level AI Engineer

Join Clera's core product team as an AI Engineer to build and deploy production AI systems that automate complex workflows. You will work across the full stack, designing and implementing agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration for enterprise and regulated domains. This role offers the opportunity to ship full-stack features, partner with product and design, and ensure the reliability and performance of user-focused AI products.

• Design and maintain agentic systems for multi-step workflows
• Build and operate retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
• Implement multi-agent orchestration, memory, and reasoning
• Develop evaluations, automated tests, and production monitoring
• Ship full-stack features with API design and backend/frontend code
• Deploy LLM-based services with prompt design and tool integration
