Join Biohub New York, a nonprofit research institute, as a Postdoctoral Fellow/Scientist I to develop and apply next-generation spatiotemporal omics technologies. You will investigate immune cell function and dynamics using advanced imaging and sequencing, integrating machine learning to accelerate scientific discovery and disease research.

• Develop next-generation imaging-based technologies for molecular organization and cell state dynamics
• Apply technologies to profile immune cell states and their spatial context
• Analyze high-dimensional imaging and sequencing datasets using computational approaches
• Collaborate with researchers in genomics, synthetic biology, immunology, and machine learning
• Contribute to publications and open science practices
• Requires PhD and 2 years of post-PhD experience in single-cell technologies
