Machine Learning/AI Research Engineer (Post-doc)

Join HPE Labs as a Machine Learning/AI Research Engineer to develop and deploy advanced AI control systems for data centers. You will build digital twins, forecasting models, and safety-constrained controllers to optimize electricity demand, cooling, and resource usage in a live data center environment. • Develop and deploy reinforcement-learning controllers for live data centers
• Build digital twins incorporating machine learning and physical system models
• Research and implement probabilistic forecasting for IT load and cooling demand
• Validate control policies through simulation and live trials
• Collaborate with international research partners and HPE Labs teams
• Experience with machine learning, time-series analysis, and reinforcement learning
