Lead Machine Learning & AI Engineer

Lead a team in implementing and improving machine learning and AI operations frameworks for an insurance company. You will design and deliver tools and practices to deploy cutting-edge models into production, working closely with data science, engineering, and business stakeholders.

• Lead ML Ops Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and AI Engineers
• Design and implement ML/AI operations frameworks on Azure
• Develop and optimize production-ready ML/AI systems
• Ensure excellence in ML model engineering from data to integration
• Coach and guide a small team
• Collaborate with Data Science, Pricing, Data Engineering, and Software Development
