Customer Care Representative I

Baker Hughes is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support customers and internal teams by accurately processing orders, managing customer relationships, and resolving inquiries. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient order execution and high service quality.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain customer contacts and resolve inquiries
• Manage sales order details in SAP and other business systems
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Field Services teams
• Review delivery schedules and inventory availability
• Act as a liaison between internal teams for order execution
