Senior Advanced AI Research Engineer

Accenture is seeking a Senior Advanced AI Research Engineer to bridge the gap between AI systems research and production engineering. You will investigate complex problems in agentic AI, develop prototypes, and integrate research findings into production-ready platform capabilities. This role requires strong Python engineering skills and the ability to work on both research artifacts and production code.

• Investigate frontiers in agentic AI systems, including memory, routing, and autonomy
• Design and execute rigorous benchmarking for agentic task profiles
• Translate research findings into production-grade Python services and Node.js/TypeScript SDK modules
• Build and integrate validated research capabilities into production systems
• Collaborate with platform engineers, product managers, and enterprise architects
• Mentor junior engineers and researchers
