Join Blue Origin as an AI/ML Engineer to build intelligent operational tooling that transforms fragmented data into actionable insights for engineers. You will design, develop, and deploy agentic workflows to automate incident detection, root cause analysis, and guided resolution across production systems, significantly reducing investigation times and enabling self-service debugging.
What we are looking for 6
- Design and build multi-agent systems for incident triage and root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain knowledge bases from internal documentation and runbooks
- Provision and manage AI infrastructure as code on AWS
- Define and track evaluation metrics for agent performance and accuracy
- Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications with RAG and prompt engineering
- Proficiency in Python and AWS services
