Join Good Sam Analytics as an AI Engineer to build and extend our internal AI agent platform. You will design agent architecture, implement LLM pipelines, and rigorously validate outputs. This role involves close collaboration with non-technical stakeholders to deliver production-quality AI agents.

What we are looking for

Build and extend agent-serving architecture with hierarchical orchestrator
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for knowledge bases
Use AI coding tools as primary means of writing, refactoring, and testing code
Build security and cost controls including per-agent spend caps
Partner directly with department stakeholders to scope agent needs
Mentor other engineers on agent-building patterns and validation discipline
