Bioinformatics Scientist

Axle is seeking a Bioinformatics Scientist to support research at the NIH in Bethesda, MD. This role involves analyzing large biological datasets, developing data analysis pipelines, and providing computational support to researchers. You will contribute to scientific publications and collaborate on developing advanced data analysis resources.

• Analyze large biological datasets including genomic and clinical data
• Develop and maintain bioinformatics pipelines for various data modalities
• Provide computational and statistical support to researchers
• Collaborate on scientific publications
• Utilize Python, R, or C/C++ for data analysis
• Experience with NGS analysis and machine learning is required

• Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
