Build and refine an AI agent for P&C insurance carriers that handles first notice of loss and answers policyholder inquiries. You will own end-to-end development of the agent's orchestration, context, tool integration, and evaluation systems, focusing on reliability and accuracy in a regulated environment.

• Develop and evaluate AI agent for P&C insurance claims intake
• Own prompt and context architecture, RAG, and agentic workflows
• Build and manage the eval loop, golden sets, and error analysis
• Improve containment and resolution rates while maintaining accuracy
• Work on voice path, turn-taking, and telephony integration
• Apply software engineering principles to AI applications
