Machine Learning Engineer

Workday is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI Centre of Excellence in Dublin. You will focus on building and optimizing machine learning models and data pipelines for de-identification and anonymization, specifically working with their ogham engine. This role involves applying privacy techniques, fine-tuning models, owning data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure responsible AI practices.

• Build and tune ML models for de-identification and anonymization
• Implement and evaluate privacy techniques like differential privacy
• Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and compute efficiency
• Own full lifecycle of data pipelines on AWS (Spark, EMR, SageMaker)
• Collaborate with platform, product, legal, and compliance teams
• Communicate technical decisions and privacy-utility trade-offs
