Senior AI/ML Platform Engineer

BP is seeking a Senior AI/ML Platform Engineer to build and operate the technical foundation for enterprise-grade AI/ML capabilities. This hands-on role focuses on creating repeatable, reliable, secure, and scalable AI/ML engineering platforms using tools like Palantir, Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS.

• Build and operate AI/ML platform capabilities across Palantir, Databricks, AWS, and MLflow
• Create reusable platform patterns for model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Implement CI/CD and infrastructure automation for AI/ML workloads
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and data teams for platform reliability
• Support batch, real-time, and API-based model deployment patterns
• Establish standard engineering patterns for experiments, notebooks, and pipelines
