Staff Product Engineer (GenAI, AI/ML & Advanced Data Analytics)

Micron is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to develop next-generation GenAI, machine learning, and advanced data analytics solutions for semiconductor engineering. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale AI-driven systems that improve engineering productivity, decision-making, and insights from complex workflows.

• Design, build, and improve GenAI-powered systems for semiconductor engineering workflows
• Develop scalable data pipelines and analytical workflows for large, complex datasets
• Apply Python, SQL, and data science libraries for deep analysis and actionable insights
• Build, evaluate, and optimize LLM-based workflows including RAG and inference orchestration
• Develop and productionize machine learning models for classification, regression, and failure analysis
• Support deployment, monitoring, and operationalization of AI/ML solutions in cloud environments
