About this role

Marsh is seeking an AI Engineer to join its new AI Center of Excellence. You will evaluate and productionize emerging AI technologies, including LLMs and agentic frameworks, to accelerate adoption across the company. This role involves rapid prototyping, recommending technologies, and becoming a subject-matter expert to coach peers and guide AI coding agents.
