Data Scientist - Level 4

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join their Mission Enabling Products team in Southern California. This role will partner with executive leadership to design and implement data-driven strategies for production readiness and operational excellence. You will develop advanced analytics, lead strategic initiatives, and foster a data-driven culture to improve performance and quality.

• Own full lifecycle of data visualization tools and dashboards
• Structure and facilitate recurring performance review meetings
• Coach and train stakeholders on data literacy
• Lead data quality and cleanup efforts
• Translate complex data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement
