Machine Learning Systems Research Engineer/Scientist, Agent Post-training - Enterprise GenAI

Scale AI is seeking a Machine Learning Systems Research Engineer to join their Enterprise ML Research Lab. You will focus on building and optimizing algorithms for a next-generation Agent RL training platform, supporting large-scale training, and integrating state-of-the-art technologies. This role involves post-training state-of-the-art models and collaborating with ML teams to accelerate their research and development for enterprise clients.

• Build, profile, and optimize training and inference frameworks
• Post-train state-of-the-art models for enterprise engagements
• Collaborate with ML teams to accelerate research and development
• Create next-gen agent training algorithms for multi-agent/multi-tool rollouts
• Experience with LLM training in a production environment
• Proficiency in CUDA, Pytorch, transformers, and flash attention
