Lead Machine Learning Engineer - Cyber Security (LMTS)

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join their Trust Intelligence Platform team, focusing on cybersecurity. This role involves architecting data-driven strategies for threat detection, building scalable ML pipelines, and mentoring junior engineers. You will translate security threats into mathematical problems, detect advanced threats, and operationalize production-grade models.

• Own the decision-making process for translating security threats into mathematical problems
• Lead the evolution of threat detection using advanced probabilistic modeling and graph analytics
• Act as a force multiplier by mentoring junior scientists and engineers
• Build internal tooling, feature stores, and libraries to enhance team efficiency
• Deliver production-grade models with engineering rigor (CI/CD, scalable code)
• Shape the security engineering roadmap for closed-loop security telemetry
