About this role
As a Founding Engineer, AI/ML, you will build the core intelligence layer for an AI-powered recruiting marketplace. You will own the design, development, and deployment of recommendation, ranking, retrieval, and LLM-powered matching systems from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction of a new product and work closely with leadership to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Own AI/ML systems for recommendations, ranking, and retrieval
- Build and improve LLM-powered candidate-to-role matching
- Architect and maintain production data pipelines and services
- Ship product features at a rapid cadence
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience
- Applied ML engineering experience with production systems
