Engineering Manager, Ads ML Efficiency

Reddit is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a new Ads ML Efficiency team focused on optimizing model training and inference for speed, cost, and scalability. You will build and mentor a team, define technical roadmaps, and drive measurable improvements in ML systems performance and efficiency.

• Lead and grow a team of ML engineers focused on model optimization
• Define technical roadmap for training and inference optimization
• Drive reductions in model training time, latency, and serving cost
• Build systems and tooling for ML performance profiling and benchmarking
• Partner with ML Platform, Ranking, and serving teams
• Establish engineering rigor around measurement and performance debugging
