• Build and deploy production ML systems for medical device certification
• Develop agentic systems for document understanding and information retrieval
• Define and implement evaluation metrics for complex, nuanced domains
• Collaborate with domain experts to solve ambiguous problems
• 3+ years of experience shipping software to production
• Experience with deep learning, agent tools, and information retrieval
