Software Engineer (AI/ML)

KLA is seeking a Software AI Engineer to develop next-generation AI/ML solutions for semiconductor process control, inspection, and metrology systems. You will work at the intersection of AI, computer vision, and high-performance software engineering to deliver scalable solutions that drive product innovation.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML algorithms for semiconductor inspection, metrology, and process control
• Build and optimize machine learning models using large-scale engineering and manufacturing datasets
• Develop software systems supporting model training, validation, deployment, and inference workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and develop proof-of-concept solutions
• Improve performance and scalability through optimization techniques including parallel computing and GPU acceleration
