Data Scientist II

Join our Data and AI team as a Data Scientist to build and deploy machine learning models that enhance customer intelligence and engagement for community banks and credit unions. This role offers mentorship and growth opportunities, focusing on applied ML fundamentals and independent project ownership.

• Build and deploy ML models for customer segmentation and behavioral prediction
• Own data exploration, feature engineering, and model validation
• Partner with MLOps engineers for production deployment and monitoring
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks and success metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional product, engineering, and data engineering teams
• Document modeling work for internal stakeholders and clients
