AI Engineer – Python, LLM/GenAI, RAG, AWS & AI Agents

Synechron is looking for an AI Engineer to develop and implement cutting-edge AI agents and architecture within AWS CI/CD pipelines. You will build production-ready generative AI solutions, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows, leveraging Python, LLMs, and AWS services. This role is key to accelerating software delivery, enhancing engineering productivity, and enabling secure AI adoption through scalable cloud-based solutions.

• Develop and implement AI agents and architecture in AWS CI/CD workflows
• Build production-ready generative AI solutions and RAG pipelines
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Bedrock) and agentic workflows
• Proficient in Python for AI development and AWS services (Lambda, SageMaker)
• Strong understanding of vector databases and application security principles
• Integrate AI solutions with CI/CD tools and enterprise systems
