Manager, ML Engineering

Manage a team of AI, cloud, and full-stack engineers to design and build scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms. You will oversee the development of AI applications, including LLMs and RAG, ensuring they meet business and user needs, while mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices in software development and MLOps.

• Manage and develop a team of 3-4 AI, cloud, and full stack engineers
• Oversee design and building of AI solutions on cloud-based platforms
• Apply expertise in Python, MLOps, ML, LLMs, and RAG
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and global teams
• Architect, deploy, and operate cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in platform engineering and DevOps
