AI/ML Engineer - Mid Level

As an AI/ML Engineer at USAA, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining technical systems that leverage machine learning models for prediction and decision-making. You will engage in the full data management and machine learning lifecycle, from requirement analysis to model monitoring and risk adherence, collaborating with data scientists and business stakeholders to align solutions with objectives.

• Develop and maintain machine learning models for prediction and classification
• Manage all phases of the ML lifecycle, including data processing, model deployment, and monitoring
• Configure and manage AI/ML infrastructure in cloud/on-prem environments (AWS, GCP)
• Develop and integrate ML solutions with business applications
• Collaborate with data scientists to refactor code into IT-maintainable solutions
• Experience with MLOps principles and automated workflows
