Sr. Data Scientist II

Slickdeals is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to drive user growth by partnering with cross-functional teams to deepen quantitative understanding. You will leverage data science, statistics, and causal inference to develop insights that inform product decisions and growth strategy, translating complex business questions into actionable recommendations.

• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to inform product development and growth strategy
• Identify new opportunities, define success metrics, and quantify business challenges
• Build scalable measurement frameworks, including LTV and retention models
• Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests using causal inference and ML methodologies
• Develop dashboards and reporting for key metrics and insights
• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations for stakeholders
