Patient Service Representative (PSR) - Cardiology Clinic

As a Patient Service Representative in a Cardiology Clinic, you will be responsible for creating and managing patient electronic health records, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information, and collecting patient payments. You will also handle patient check-in, scheduling, and provide excellent customer service to create a welcoming environment.

• Create and manage patient electronic health records
• Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information
• Collect co-pays and other patient financial responsibilities
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
• Schedule patient appointments and manage cancellations/reschedules
• Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming environment
