Join ERCOT as an Applied AI Engineer to develop and deploy production-grade AI solutions for the Texas power grid. You will apply generative AI, agent orchestration, and retrieval architecture to build reliable, auditable systems in a regulated environment, balancing speed with governance.

• Design and build production agentic systems using orchestration frameworks
• Implement production RAG pipelines with vector search and evaluation
• Build and extend connectors for secure enterprise tool and data access
• Deploy applications on managed cloud platforms and integrate with enterprise systems
• Develop evaluation suites, tracing, and rollback paths for reliable production agents
• Apply system design principles for scalable, reliable, and cost-effective AI solutions
