Machine Learning Engineer (Mid-Level)

Clera is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy ML systems for our recruitment technology product. You will own the full ML lifecycle, from problem definition and model evaluation to production deployment and monitoring. • Design, train, and evaluate ML models for production
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines including preprocessing, serving, and monitoring
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate business needs into ML solutions
• Debug and improve production model performance
• 3+ years of professional ML engineering experience with Python and ML frameworks
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and cloud platforms
