Lead Machine Learning Engineer

As a Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you will be the technical authority for our machine learning systems, driving the architecture, design, and productionization of complex models and data pipelines. You will solve challenging technical problems, set engineering standards, and mentor other engineers while operating with significant autonomy. • Lead end-to-end ML model and infrastructure design and deployment
• Translate business problems into scalable ML engineering solutions
• Establish MLOps best practices and operational standards
• Write high-performance Python/C++/Scala code for ML pipelines

• Expertise in LLM orchestration, fine-tuning, or RAG systems
