About this role

Join IQVIA as an Associate AI Engineer to build and productionize AI solutions for our Health Economics and HTA Team. You will transform prototypes into robust tools, support new development, and maintain existing AI applications, gaining hands-on experience across the AI lifecycle in a global, Agile environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply AI/ML skills within the healthcare domain.

What we are looking for

Build and deploy production-grade AI agents and reusable pipeline modules
Develop and refine AI workflows with delivery teams
Hands-on experience with LLM applications (RAG, tool calling, agent workflows)
Strong software engineering foundations (Python, Git, CI/CD, testing, APIs)
Experience with NLP and information extraction from documents
Work in an Agile team and contribute to the full AI solution lifecycle
