Synechron is hiring an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI agents and architecture on AWS within CI/CD workflows. This role focuses on creating scalable, secure AI-powered solutions by integrating Generative AI and NLP, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance, and delivering business value.

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and architecture on AWS
• Integrate Generative AI and NLP into production-ready applications
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and RAG pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and AWS services
• Experience with vector databases and agentic workflows
